Film music composer Greg Yu was born in France and grew up in a mixed French-Chinese-Spanish cultural family environment.
After his musical studies in France and various musical trips all around the world, Greg Yu settled in Shanghai, where he set up KER Sound Studio with sound engineer Benjamin l'Hotellier, a facility that allows him to compose, experiment, record and mix final score recordings. |

| Greg's music score is influenced by all genres, electronic and organic textures, western and eastern colors leading him to a creative path in the scoring of contemporary cinema. Awarded in 2009 with Cristal Award, Greg Yu's works cover scoring music for feature films Chinese animated blockbuster "ZHENG HE:THE DEVIL'S SEA", US Co-production feature milk and Fashion - Musical arrangement on Awarded movie "Collaborator" - producing and scoring MMORPG video game "CORE BLAZE" - musical supervision of TV show world hits "THE AMAZING RACE CHINA" and "MASTERCHEF CHINA". |

Benjamin L’Hotellier starts his professional career in 2000 as drummer and quickly becomes involved in studio environment. Over the last ten years, he has worked in France and China in various recording studios and audio post production houses as sound engineer, scoring mixer and sound designer for feature films, video games, documentaries, albums, as well as live music recording and mixing. |

His work covers the animated feature film “ZHENGHE 1405”, the awarded US feature film “Route30”, several sino-european feature film co-productions, TV series such as "The Amazing Race": China Rush - season 1, 2 and 3- as re-recording mixer, live music recording for the French television channel MEZZO, and numerous TV commercials for which he has been awarded for “best soundtrack”
in 2009.
Benjamin L'Hotellier also regularly participates in multiple projects as sideman, sound engineer, score recording engineer and mixer. |
